Dear Walnut Hills Swimmers,   

Walnut Hills Swim Club had a great 2023 season and we are excited to open memberships for the 2024 Season! We are offering the Early Bird discount until April 30, 2024.  

You can visit us online and become a Facebook friend of ours. Remind 101! Receive text message alerts for upcoming events, closures, and reminders. Sign up by texting @1a2345 to 81010.  

We have continued our awesome referral program into 2024! For each new season pass holder that signs up under your name, you will get a $50 discount on your season pass. To have it applied this year, please send them in the same envelope. If they are mailed separately, the discount will be applied to your 2025 season pass.   

To make sure all pass holders have an equal opportunity for swim lessons - registration will be available at the pool. No phone calls will be taken to save spots. You must pre-pay for the lessons at sign-up. Dates for swim lessons will be posted on Facebook and down at the pool.  We will be offering two different two-week sessions for swim lessons. You may sign up for either session, but not both unless there is availability.   

As a friendly reminder, pass holders must read over pool rules before coming to the pool. All rules, especially those pertaining to safety, will be enforced. Children 6 and under must have an adult accompany them to the restroom. Swim diapers MUST be worn on all children who are not fully potty-trained. If you or your children are approached by a lifeguard or board member regarding the rules, please make sure to correct the situation.   

We are a family-oriented pool and want to hear from you. Please post on our Facebook page and come to one or more of our monthly meetings (February – September), and help make important choices for our pool. The more who participate, the more voices are heard. Walnut Hills Pool is Bondholder Owned. That means if you are a bondholder, you are partial owner of the pool. This is a not-for-profit pool which means that all funds received go directly back into the upkeep and running of the pool for the enjoyment of all pass holders.
